Integrated Massage With Hot Stone Add-on
Heated basalt stones are used for this service to soothe tight and painful areas. The heat from the stones isn’t just awesome at cutting through tension, it’s deeply soothing and helpful for people experiencing emotional stress. You may even fall asleep - which is perfectly fine with us.

Integrated Massage With Cupping Therapy Add-On
Ever feel like your muscles are just stuck? Cupping does a stellar job of loosening layers of tissue that feel “stuck together” from overuse and dehydration. In this add-on, we use hand held suction cups of varying sizes to lift and release tissues. Some people think that the cups feel intense, while others think the cups have a relaxing, sedating effect. One possible side-effect is discoloration on the treated areas. The spots may look similar to a bruise, but fade within a few days.

Prenatal Massage
Integrated Massage techniques are used for this service, along with special positioning that helps keep mom comfortable. At some point in pregnancy, laying face-down, or flat on your back while face-up becomes uncomfortable/impossible. We’re able to use an assortment of pillows for side-lying positions, and to also create an incline while laying face-up so that our client isn’t flat on their back. Additionally, we also have a prenatal table that’s available upon request! Our expert massage therapists are trained to safely massage in any trimester, and will work with our pregnant clients to find the most comfortable position to safely perform massage.
