A Note From Sophie: “Becoming a business owner has been a lifelong dream. I feel honored to provide a relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere where our clients can experience massage. My goal for each client is to help them become an active participant in their well being - I want your massage to be a healing and learning experience that illuminates the path to feeling better.”
Fun Fact: Sophie purchased Life is Sweet Massage in 2013 from a dear friend, and has loved every minute of owning her business. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, doing yoga, cooking (not very well), reading, going for walks, and listening to/watching true crime podcasts or documentaries.
Shadonica Williams, LMT

About Shadonica: Shadonica graduated from the Metro Business College Massage Therapy program. In addition to massage therapy, Shadonica is also a life coach! In her spare time, you can catch her writing, or listening to music.

About Taylor: “I am a licensed massage therapist in downtown Columbia, Missouri. I have been practicing for 10 years after graduating from a 750 hour training program at Metro Business College in Jefferson City, MO in 2015. I am passionate about my clients and their individual needs, vs. a “one size fits all” approach. I use different modalities including cupping and myofascial release to help with those extra stubborn areas. I pride myself on being intuitive, friendly, easy-going, and professional for my clientele! If you are looking for a relaxing, effective massage, don't hesitate to book now!”

Brittany Wolters, LMT

About Brittany: Brittany went to school at Metro Business College and graduated in 2014. She also attended more schooling in Nashville at the Mind and Body institute! Her favorite thing about massage therapy is the natural healing aspects, and letting your body heal on it’s own. Brittany enjoys being outdoors, and traveling to places she’s never been - she is fascinated by other cultures.
