In this treatment we artfully combine techniques like swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and reflexology to create the perfect session for you. Each session can feel invigorating and therapeutic, or relaxing and soothing, or a delightful combination of both. Integrated Massage With Hot Stone Add-on
Heated basalt stones are used for this service to soothe tight and painful areas. The heat from the stones isn’t just awesome at cutting through tension, it’s deeply soothing and helpful for people experiencing emotional stress. You may even fall asleep - which is perfectly fine with us.

Prenatal Massage
Integrated Massage techniques are used for this service, along with special positioning that helps keep mom comfortable. At some point in pregnancy, laying face-down, or flat on your back while face-up becomes uncomfortable/impossible. We’re able to use an assortment of pillows for side-lying positions, and to also create an incline while laying face-up so that our client isn’t flat on their back. Additionally, we also have a prenatal table that’s available upon request! Our expert massage therapists are trained to safely massage in any trimester, and will work with our pregnant clients to find the most comfortable position to safely perform massage.
